Happy Saturday!

Saturday and Sunday are weekend,

Weekend means holiday!

Still, it is never a holiday for me. My weekday is 7 days of the week and 24 hours of the day. Call me weird, but I rarely take a day off if I don't have an urge to do that.

Back at the version of me in junior and senior high school, even in Saturday night while all teenagers are having dates or spending time with their family, I enjoying myself in front of books and writing summaries to ease myself in learning school subjects. It doesn't mean I don't have any friend at all, I just want to spend my teenager life in a positive way to make my parents proud of me. I always think that I am a fool student who can't build my own future.

My best friends, too, were doing the same thing--but they only did it in weekday. Probably, they think that I am an ambitious kid, but I believe that all of the struggle never betray the result.

Here are my weird ways of learning something:

- Never skip the 'foot-note' things. I will soon regret if I forget write those little things that matter, and they are appear on the test. Unfortunately, I have a bad handwriting, and when I get home, I could not understand my own handwriting. Those bad experiences repeated almost every time, so I moved to taking notes on my phone (but it is impolite for some teachers and lecturers).

- Leave some device memory to save photos of presentation slides--or simply, ask your friends with lot of device memory to take pictures of the presentation slides!! (I prefer to the second option, to the honest).

- I ALWAYS re-read and review what were the teacher taught and said to me on the same day, put it together, and combine all of the foot-notes, then write it in my summary book.

- I do the summary things. I always write what is written on books + resources from the internet + those foot-notes until the summary neatly done in one binder, with colorful pens and binder sheets.

- Do it before Shubuh prays. Seriously, it is better for you to sleep early, forget all of those homeworks, tasks, and quizes, and don't forget to wake up at 2.00 A.M. If you find it hard to wake up early, there is an invention named alarm and it can wake you up with its annoying ways, or you can ask someone to wake you up in that time.

- Love myself. I buy snacks that I love, I eat in my favorite restaurant, I spend money on stationaries that are cool for my summary--I do not force myself because I will be stressed out once I get under pressure.

- Go find another place--find inspirations! Coffee shops and cafes are great places to study, with a cup of coffee and comfortable sofa. I will put my headset on, it is time to work.

- I make some epitome of hard materials of a lesson. The example is EMOP; ekspresif, minetik, objektif, and pragmatik. Those 4 words stand for the literary orientation.

- "Tan.. I don't understand about..." THIS THING IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST. I love to teach people, because it quantifies how well I can understand the subjects. I often open a group discussion a week before the exam week to discuss about the subjects.

- I always study whenever, whenever, and whatever happened. I could suddenly study in the middle of the night, an hour before the exam, or in the car on the way to the school. I never find any distress of studying.

- The book is mine, I can do anything that I want. When the class is getting bored, all you can do is draw something randomly. It is okay to cross out our own book, because we bought it ourselves, so it is ours. (No one will get mad except the teacher!)

No to be cocky, but with those tips mentioned above, I got the first place in National Exam scoring in social science major and third place at my school! Oh, also I survived the first place of the class ranking for the last two years, I beat my own best friend, sorry :(

((Sigh..))

Well, I just realized that I am a weird person. Thank you for all your complements, now I am tired and I need some sleep.

Thank you for reading my random tips,

Ja mata!*

*until we meet again in Japanese.
